Once we identify someone we are trying to locate, the next step is finding current contact information for that person.
We use a combination of research tools and available records to do this. Depending on the situation, that may include property and court records, address history, phone and contact databases, and other research sources that help us locate current contact information.
Sometimes the information we find is outdated or leads us to someone connected to the person we're looking for. In those situations, we may contact a family member or associate and ask if they can help us get in touch with that person.
Finding someone can be simple in some cases and require quite a bit more research in others, particularly when many years have passed, someone has moved several times, or the former property owner has passed away.
